Does TipTop search work on smart-phones like the iPhone, Windows Phone 7 or Blackberry?

Yes, TipTop has a smart-phone version you can visit at m.feeltiptop.com (or even the regular www.feeltiptop.com which will automatically redirect you to our mobile site) to enjoy your tips on the go.

For our mobile version, we are especially careful to cull the best few tips to show, and have optimized the most useful social search features (such as viewing social network personas, watching video & sharing hot topic & tip results from social media) for faster responses.

How does the TipTop Reader for the Web work?

The TipTop Reader, as featured on TipTop's hub page, semantically analyzes content feeds that come from pre-programed news channels. The concept cloud that appears displays the latest hot topics published in the news over the past five minutes.

The hot topics are color-coded (green:positive, red:negative, yellow:neutral) to highlight the sentiment associated with each topic during the given period of time. Rated by TipTop's analysis of the steaming news headlines a topic like 'Obama' may appear green one moment (illustrating that the majority of articles related to 'Obama' are of a positive nature) then the text may change to red after the cloud updates (showing that the sentiment in articles about the topic has now changed to negative).

Dig deeper into a topic of interest by clicking terms to see the related article headlines & sources below the cloud (click to read the articles in a new browser window). In addition, TipTop also displays a realtime social media dashboard to the right of the cloud highlighting 'Top Tipsters', sentiment trends & tips for the topic selected. Explore, share tips & have fun. You can learn more about the social search results by visiting TipTop's Search FAQs.

Personalized TipTop Readers for the Web are coming soon! In the meantime you can try the Seesmic Desktop 2 TipTop Reader Plugin to get summaries for your social networks or the Windows Phone 7 TipTop Reader App described below.
